At Mayabazaar, we are committed to ship our products with the best quality packaging, in a quick and safe manner. We deliver across India and worldwide.

We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays & public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Book post or Speed post.

Delivery charge for multiple units:

Shipping for all products across India will be free on a minimum purchase of goods worth Rs. 2500/-. Any order below Rs. 2500/- will be charged according to the weight of the ordered piece(s), through a trackable mail service.

When multiple products are ordered, the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. All our prices are inclusive of taxes and exclusive of octroi, if applicable in your region.

All Maya products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, so do be patient with us as we try to get your pieces ready perfectly and as quickly as possible. On an average, it takes us about seven to ten business days per unit to process an order. For larger orders we’ll keep you informed via email on the expected date of dispatch.

Customs and international shipping:

All Mayabazaar orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai to the provided shipping address via a trackable mail service.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
